You'll have the benefit of having the Graphic Equipment personnel on-site at your location to design, document, maintain, and optimize every aspect of your IT systems during normal office hours from Monday to Friday. These services are delivered on a regularly scheduled basis and range from virus detection, software / hardware installation, help desk services and network troubleshooting. On-site Services include:

Help Desk Services
The Graphic Equipment help desk provides first level computer support, pc troubleshooting and issue resolution during normal offices hours from Monday to Friday. Phone into the help desk with questions about software or hardware to get immediate assistance. The help desk services will have immediate user support for desktop operating systems, office productivity applications, and basic connectivity issues.
On Call Response Services
Graphic Equipment Ltd offers on call service should a client experience an unplanned need for IT support i.e after normal office hours which includes 24/7. Some examples of on call services include data recovery, disaster recovery, virus damage cleanup, and server rebuilding. This service is also available for Client side problems such as virus infection, diagnosing and fixing PC, Notebook, Printers and peripherals.
